The specification does not change from one project to the next. Reinforced concrete frame, laterite masonry, vitrified flooring, branded fittings, generator backup and covered parking are standard, not upgrades. What is printed in the brochure is what gets built.

The group builds under three names. Pranava Builders & Developers and Pranava Infrastructure carry the stag mark. Lotus Properties carries the lotus, and the line it has used for years: we pursue quality.
